When these terms apply
These terms apply when you use Nabtap for a business, profession, brand, organization, advertising activity or other commercial purpose. They supplement the Terms of Service.
Professional and branded content
Paid partnerships, sponsorships, affiliate relationships and other material connections must be disclosed clearly using available tools and any additional disclosure required by law.
Records and cooperation
Keep the consents, licences, claim substantiation and transaction records needed for your activity. Provide reasonable evidence if Nabtap investigates a complaint, refund, regulator inquiry or rights claim.
Account administration
Organizations are responsible for permissions granted to staff, agencies and partners. We may rely on instructions from authorized account administrators and may require verification before changing ownership or access.
Commercial responsibility
You are responsible for claims arising from your products, services, employment activity or customer relationships. To the extent permitted by law, you will protect the responsible Glemad company and its affiliates from third-party claims caused by your breach, unlawful conduct or commercial offering.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
