Payment Terms

Scope

These Terms apply when you buy coins, gifts, subscriptions, promotions, advertising or other paid products, and when Nabtap pays eligible creator earnings.

Prices and authorization

Prices, currency, taxes and fees are shown before purchase. By confirming a transaction, you authorize the stated charge through the selected payment method. App-store billing may also be governed by the store’s terms.

Digital items and subscriptions

• Digital items are licensed for use within Nabtap and are not cash, deposits or transferable property unless we expressly say otherwise.
• Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the channel where they were purchased.
• Benefits can change prospectively with notice, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Refund eligibility depends on the product, local law and purchase channel. Unauthorized or incorrect charges should be reported promptly. Abusive chargebacks or payment fraud may lead to limits while the transaction is investigated.

Creator payouts

Payouts require completed verification, valid payment and tax information, and satisfaction of any threshold or reserve. Processing times and deductions are shown in the relevant product. We may delay a payout to investigate fraud, rights claims, sanctions or legal requirements.

Changes to this document

We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
