Before submitting
These Guidelines are for authorized law-enforcement and government officials. Requests must be addressed to Glemad Inc., identify the requesting authority and officer, cite the legal basis, and specify the Nabtap account and records sought.
Required information
- Official agency name, address, email and callback details.
- Signature and authority of the requesting official.
- Specific account identifiers; names alone may be insufficient.
- Precise categories of records and a reasonable date range.
- Applicable legal process and any non-disclosure basis.
Preservation
A valid preservation request may preserve existing account records for a limited period as provided by law. Preservation does not itself authorize disclosure, and it cannot recover data no longer held when the request arrives.
Emergency disclosure
Emergency requests must describe the nature of the imminent threat, the person at risk, the information sought and how it could avert harm. We verify requestor identity and assess each request individually.
