Who can use Nabtap
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy for eligible users under 18. Nabtap is not for anyone below the minimum age in the Terms. We use date of birth and country to apply the age gate and do not display a birth date publicly.
Information and uses
- Basic account and age-related information.
- Content, interactions, reports and safety signals.
- Device and activity information needed to provide, secure and improve Nabtap.
- Guardian or supervision information only when a relevant feature is used.
Protections
- Private-profile and restricted contact or discoverability defaults where supported.
- No advertising based on profiling when we know with reasonable certainty that a person is a minor.
- Limits on sensitive recommendation categories and commercial features.
- Extra safeguards for exploitation, grooming, bullying and unwanted contact.
- Plain-language reporting, blocking and support routes.
Young people’s rights
You can ask what information we have, correct it, download it or delete your account using Settings and privacy. Depending on local law, a parent or guardian may exercise rights for a younger person after appropriate verification.
Changes to this document
We may update this document to reflect changes to Nabtap, the law or the way we protect the community. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance and request fresh acceptance where required.
